Returns from outside of Germany
Unfortunately we do not cover return costs from abroad. If you plan on returning goods from outside Germany please note that you have to pay for return shipping yourself. The only exception is if you received faulty goods or the wrong item(s), in that case we will cover the return costs. Please contact us directly on how to proceed with your return.
Please fill out the return form enclosed in the package and enclose it and/or a copy of the invoice for the goods.
This way we can better allocate your return and guarantee a fast processing.

Unfortunately we cannot accept parcels that are sent to us freight forward/not prepaid in any case. Please make sure that the goods you return are well packaged and in good state.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
